Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To be accepted, items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached, and with the hygiene liner in place and undamaged.

How to start a return

Email alexa@lexiswim.com with your order number and the item you would like to return, and we will send you return instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us. If we have your size in stock we will hold it for you while your return is on its way.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email alexa@lexiswim.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
